POLICY

New Client Policy: Please review the consent form before hand and arrives 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork and settle in.


Booking Policy: Booking are handled and confirmed personally by your Lash Technician thru text messages. Please kindly reply to all text.


Late Policy: If you are running late to an appointment, please call/ text to let us know. Otherwise, we will assume you will not be showing up. If you are late to your appointment we will try our best to accommodate and services your lash as best as we can within the time allowed. Worst case scenario, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to complete the lash service timely.


Cancellation Policy: Please call/ text us to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your appointment. We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. If in the event that notification within 48 hours is not possible we reserve the right to ask for a deposit 50% for your next appointment.


No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment we reserve the right to ask for a deposit 100% for your next appointment. A history of no show will result in a higher deposit amount.


Children Policy: Please, no children in the lashes service area. All children under 13 should be with a care provider. We reserve the right to cancel/ reschedule an appointment in the event children under 13 are present and unsupervised by an adult.


Makeup Policy: Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to you lashes session. Facial and eyes must be dry, clean and oil free prior to starting your lashes session. Additional fees may applied if we performed the cleaning.


Age Policy: Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive eyelashes extension services. Any minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation and sign the consent form.


Cell Phone Policy: Please have your cell phone on silent mode, do not disturb mode or off completely. We ask that your eyes remain close at all time and minimal facial movement during your lash session.


Refill Policies: If more than 50% or more of your extension lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.

2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set

3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set

4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have great lash retention, lashes need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.

Refill from other salons/ spas Policies: If your existing eyelashes extension are from another beauty salons/spas, please let us know and consult with us before hand prior to booking a fill appointment. Your eyelash technician will need to assess the work to be sure she can work with it. If the technician cannot work over the existing work, we will recommend a removal and full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, we recommend booking a full set to ensure your lash artist has enough time with you.


Touch-Ups Policy: If you are unhappy with your eyelash extensions for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours since your appointment time. We will perform a complimentary touch-up appointment.

Refund Policy: Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client and staff’s behalf. Loan Lashes will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Recommendation:

  • Before your appointments, please refrain from caffeine or any stimulation substances that will affect your eyes. Such as quivering, twitching and other movements.


  • Remove contact lenses and bring your glasses. No contact lenses during the lash extension procedure.

  • Attention! It is critical that you cleanse your lashes immediately after any workout session or is sweating with saline solution to rinse off any oils that have produced by sweating. Oil dissolves out adhesive!

  • If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester please consult with your physician and we will require a release from you licensed medical provider prior to any appointment.

  • Please allow your personal schedule for the approximately time needed for an appointment. Typically a Full set appointments take between 1.5-2.5 hours and each fill appointment takes between 1-1.5 hours.
